Ashwaghanda (Withania Somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng, has been highly valued as an adaptogen in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years for treating hypothyroidism.  Somnifera is Latin and translates to “sleep-inducing”, which is an indication of one of its main properties. The plant contains numerous active ingredients, with withanolides being the most important ones that have also been subject of several clinical studies.

Dosage:
