Liver and thyroid packs : Using an organic cotton or wool flannel ( or a kit specifically made for this purpose) apply the castor oil and leave it initially for just 20 minutes and then increase time up to the level to use it overnight.
Hair: Gently apply to your dry roots and scalp, making sure to apply wherever you are experiencing dryness or irritation. Leave in your hair for at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours (overnight). Rinse out with water and follow up by shampooing as you do normally. Apply up to 3 times per week.
Eyebrows: Gently apply a drop of castor oil to your eyebrows each morning and evening, as needed.
Eyelashes: Use a small liner brush to apply to eyelashes. Pour the castor oil into the mascara wand & liner brush vials . Dip the mascara wand or liner brush into the vial and wipe off any excess before applying to your eyelashes (from the root to the tip). Apply nightly.
Skin: Gently apply a few drops and massage into your skin or face, reapplying as necessary.
Do not use nylon/polyester or any other chemically made cloths with castor oil.
