DOSAGE:

Adult Dose: Do not take undiluted. ReMag magnesium is a powerful mineral concentrate concentration and should not be placed directly into your mouth. Place a 1/2 tsp. [2.5 ml] in 4 ounces of water and consume in one sitting or put into 1 litre of water and sip throughout the day.

For optimum results take at least two or more servings a day as needed or as directed by your healthcare provider. May be taken with or without food.
