Vital Epsom - Epsom salts 80 capsules / crystals 150gr

 Epsom Salts are a form of magnesium called Magnesium Sulphate, their name is due to the locality in UK where they have been first discovered.

 Magnesium in this form ( sulphate ) is needed by our bodies to make strong bonds and repairs, and it is indicated for detoxing and as a laxative..

Whilst epsom salts are most widely used for bathing, feet soaking or skin treatments  our epsom salts are specific for oral use and indicated for internal cleansing and liver detoxification in conjunction with milk thistle.

 Dosage Adult Use

As a food supplement take one capsule per day with water on an empty stomach or a 1/4 of teaspoon if in powder

When you use it as a laxative, please be advised by your healthcare professional.
Do not exceed recommended daily dosage. Drink a full glass (8 ounces) of liquid with each dose.
