Grass-fed beef liver is a natural source of a broad range of essential nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats, and naturally occurring enzymes and co-factors.

Beef liver provides vitamin A (as retinol) and naturally contains fat-soluble vitamins D3, E and K2, along with B-complex vitamins such as B12, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and folate. It is also a natural source of choline and several minerals, including iron, zinc, selenium, copper, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and manganese.

This product is made from grass-fed, organic-certified beef sourced from Airi Kulvet Puutsa Farm in Estonia, recipient of the Baltic Sea Farmer of the Year Award for Estonia. The liver is freeze-dried to help preserve its naturally occurring nutrients.
