Organic Monoculture Extra Virgin Olive Oils – Coratina & Peranzana

These Organic Monoculture Extra Virgin Olive Oils from Oilalà are made from organically grown Coratina and Peranzana olives cultivated without the use of pesticides or synthetic chemicals.

Coratina is one of the oldest olive varieties of the Puglia region in Italy. Its extra virgin olive oil is known for its naturally robust flavour profile and naturally occurring polyphenols and tocopherols, which contribute to its characteristic taste and stability.

Peranzana olives produce a milder extra virgin olive oil with a gentle, fruity flavour. This oil is obtained exclusively from Peranzana olives harvested between October and November each year.

Oilalà processes the olives within a few hours of harvesting using cold extraction (approximately 25°C) to help preserve freshness and maintain the natural sensory qualities of the oil.
