Where do you deliver: shipping options and costs?

We deliver in Ireland, EU countries and United Kingdom:

Ireland - via Fastway with a shipping cost of 7 eur
for orders up to 40 eur, free delivery for order above 40 eur

EU – for most of European countries the shipping
cost via DHL is 20 eur with free delivery above 100 eur; for the most distant
locations the cost is 20 eur with free delivery above 130 eur.

UK – shipping cost via DHL is 15 eur with free
delivery above 100 eur.

If you live in a remote location (an Island or
remote countryside) the shipping companies apply a surcharge – we will notify
you if we enter into this situation for your address. We will evaluate alternative
shipping via national postage when possible.

We can deliver to any other country via DHL but
need you to contact us to determine the shipping cost; please contact us at

When they take the parcel, the couriers will email
you tracking notifications if you have provided us a valid email address.

How long does it take for my order to arrive and how do I track it?

On average deliveries take 48 hours in Ireland, 3-4 days for UK and 5-6 days for EU; tracking information from DHL contains the expected delivery date in any case.

For tracking, please look for Ireland at Fastway emails and, for other countries, at DHL notifications.

What happens if I am missing my delivery?

The courier will send you an email to reschedule the delivery; DHL has even more options like going to their nearer depo to collect it yourself. We are usually notified by the courier as well and we will also email you to ensure that you have all the information to manage your delivery.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Simply send us an email explaining the situation and we will immediately react on it with instructions on what to do next.

How long does it take to process returns and exchanges?

The timing is depending on your location; we usually send the new product when we have received the old one back except in case of damage, we will immediately send the replacement upon you providing us with a photo of the damage to allow us to claim to the courier.

My item is damaged/faulty - what do I do?
