When properly maintained, our Bodykit will last for years;  you will only need to periodically replace the attachable flannel and the bottle of oil.  

It is very important to use only a Castor Oil pack fully certified organic due to the potent pulling action of the Castor Oil:  textile containing synthetic material will have toxins/plastic that the castor oil will pull and release into your body; Castor oil shall also be in a glass bottle as its pulling action in the long terms affects any plastic material in prolonged contact with the Oil.

Do not use it when pregnant, store it in a dry place and never use chemicals or a washing machine for washing it.  We provide a sachet of bicarbonate of soda to use for washing it in hot water; being organic, the attachable flannel will shrink a bit and for this reason we have provided a flannel slightly longer than the wrap's bands for attachments. 

Use two tablespoons ( 2 or 3 pumps) on the attachable flannel,  microwave the heat pad as per the attached instruction or use the crockpot to warm it up.

Due to its detox action start slowly ( 10-15 min per day ) and gradually progress the length of the treatment up to the point to be comfortable to sleep with the Castor Oil bodykit at night.
