The root and bulb from the wild yam (Dioscorea Velosa) have been used for their natural benefits. Both contain a active ingredient called diosgenin that’s reportedly similar to the steroids that are naturally produced by our body. 

It’s believed to have some estrogen-type effects which may help ease menopausal symptoms which is why it’s often used as a natural menopause remedy.

Chaste berry - Agnus castus is is also effective for PMS, as well as for other hormonal conditions such as menopause.

It’s thought it has an impact on hormone-producing areas of the brain, such as the pituitary gland, which then leads to a reduction in prolactin, a hormone that may be involved in PMS.

How to Use:

Simply apply a pea-sized amount to areas where the skin is thinnest—such as the neck, chest, stomach, and upper legs—for optimal absorption.

Expect a gentle tingling sensation, courtesy of the magnesium oil. A strong sting can be a sure sign of magnesium deficiency which should be addressed.
