Organic Chia Seeds are a potent little superfood to accompany any meal, containing a whole host of nutrients, ideal to supplement a balanced diet. Chia is a rich source of several B vitamins, as well as a number of minerals like calcium, iron and above all magnesium. It is also notable that chia seeds are a plant based source of omega-3 and omega-6, commonly found in fish oils, as well as being a significant source of protein and dietary fibre relative to its weight.
